The District Court Administrator is authorized, with approval of the District Court Judges, to contract with other municipal courts in Pierce County to provide presentence investigations and probation services. Probation services may be provided upon a determination by the Administrator that the County has adequate resources, personnel to provide such services, and that such contract adequately compensates the County for the cost of providing such services.
