The County, to promote uniform and effective administration of relocation assistance programs, will utilize the Washington State Department of Transportation publication fiM26-01 (HW) Chapter 12, "Right-of-Way Agents' Manual" as a guideline in conducting the County relocation programs in federal aid projects.
