When land which has been approved under the current use assessment program is applied to some other use the provisions of Chapter 84.34 RCW and Chapter 458-30 WAC shall apply. Any change of use or request to alter the points applied under the Public Benefit Rating System set forth in PCC 2.114.060 which results in the need to re-review a parcel's status under the current use assessment program will require the filing of a new application and payment of the filing fee.
