The approval, by ordinance, of the Council is required prior to the Executive disposing of County titled real property valued equal to or in excess of $25,000.00, which has been declared as surplus in compliance with the provisions of this Chapter. The approval ordinance of the Council shall state both street address and legal description of the property, and the procedures to be followed by the Executive in disposing of the real property.
