In the event of discrepancies or omissions in the bid specifications, or doubt as to their meaning, the bidder shall immediately notify the Agent in writing. In response, written instructions and/or addenda as required shall be sent to all interested parties. The Agent will not be responsible for oral interpretations not confirmed in writing by the Agent giving the interpretation at least 24 hours before bid opening.
