An Invitation to Bid may be changed or amended by the Agent provided the change is issued in writing prior to the bid opening date. Such changes will be furnished to all interested vendors in the form of an addendum. Any material information provided to a prospective bidder with regard to an Invitation to Bid shall be furnished to all bidders on the vendor list receiving a copy of the original invitation. Oral interpretations of contract terms and conditions shall not be binding on the County unless confirmed in writing by the Agent and provided to all bidders at least 24 hours before bid opening.
