2.105.040 Terms of Office.
This section is included in your selections.
After the Commission is created, the first terms of the members shall be staggered as follows:
A. Three members shall be appointed for one year;
B. Three members shall be appointed for two years; and
C. Three members shall be appointed for three years.
Thereafter, the terms shall be three years, with no member reappointed more than two consecutive terms, except that each member may serve until a successor is appointed.
