A quorum for conducting official business of the advisory commission shall be a majority of the appointed membership, excluding vacancies. No public meeting shall be conducted, nor testimony accepted, unless a quorum is present. All actions of the advisory commission shall be determined by a majority vote at a meeting of which a quorum is present. All meetings shall be open to the public and meet the requirements of Chapter 42.30 RCW.
