The purpose of Chapter 18F.20 PCC is to establish uniform drafting and survey standards for plat maps and site plans that depict land division actions, alterations or adjustments to existing land divisions. Chapter 18F.20 PCC also contains the minimum information that is required to be noted or depicted on each specific type of plat and site plan.
