Unless otherwise expressly granted an exemption or exception under this Chapter or otherwise provided by law, any division or redivision of land, boundary line adjustment, amendment or alteration to previously granted approvals covered by Title 18F PCC shall require County approval and shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 58.17 RCW and Title 18F PCC.
