The owner or owner's authorized agent of any premises upon which a structure is located that has been boarded up for future repair shall be required to comply with a property maintenance plan during the full period of time that the structure is boarded. This plan shall be in a form approved by the code official and shall specify requirements for maintenance of the premises including, but not limited to, vegetation control and periodic inspection by the owner or the owner's agent. The code official may utilize a standardized plan for this purpose or may develop a specific plan for a premises based upon unique circumstances.
