17C.80.010 International Property Maintenance Code Adopted.

The 2018 edition of the International Property Maintenance Code, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the maintenance code for unincorporated areas of Pierce County; except that the amendments in this Chapter shall govern over the published provisions of the International Property Maintenance Code.
