The edition of the Washington State Energy Code currently or hereafter adopted and amended by the State Building Code Council and included in Chapters 51-11C and 51-11R WAC is adopted as the Energy Code for the unincorporated areas of Pierce County. The effective date of subsequent editions of the Washington State Energy Code in Pierce County shall coincide with the effective date of their adoption and amendment by the State Building Code Council.
