A. New commercial fire alarm systems shall be addressable.

B. A commercial fire alarm panel replacement shall be with an addressable panel and meet the installation requirements of the current International Fire Code for the occupancy served.

C. Required residential fire alarm systems being utilized to fulfill residential fire flow or an AM&M Request must be UL monitored and UL listed. The system is allowed to be a combination fire and security system.
