In case of conflict among the Codes enumerated in PCC 17C.10.010, the International Building Code, the International Residential Code, the International Mechanical Code, International Fire Code, the Uniform Plumbing Code, Uniform Plumbing Code Standards, the International Existing Building Code, and International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, the first named Code shall govern over those following.
