Pursuant to RCW 19.27.074, the State Building Code Council reviews and amends the Codes enumerated in PCC 17C.10.010, as appropriate. The updated editions of the Codes identified in PCC 17C.10.010 shall be incorporated by reference into the Pierce County Code on the effective date of their adoption and amendment by the State Building Code Council. The amendments contained in this Title shall govern over the published provisions of these Codes.
