This Title is established pursuant to RCW Chapter 36.86, which authorizes the County legislative authority to establish design and construction standards for all road and bridge construction, and other improvements within the County when such standards have been prepared by the County Engineer as specified in RCW Chapter 36.80.030, and pursuant to RCW Chapter 36.75, which authorizes the County legislative authority to adopt reasonable rules for the construction of approaches to County roads, with such construction under the supervision of the County Engineer as specified in RCW Chapter 36.75.140.
