As provided in PCC 14.08.040, permits are required for certain activities in park facilities. Special Use Permits, Park Easements, and Right of Entry Agreements are required for non-traditional uses of Pierce County Parks and Recreation Department property to ensure public health and safety, and to protect natural resources and facilities.
