Cancellations: |

If a 2-day tournament is reserved and the second day is later cancelled, a $200.00 administration fee will be charged. If a tournament weekend is cancelled by the renter, the deposit will be forfeited. If the renter has future weekends scheduled, they will be required to submit an additional deposit to secure their weekend. |
