The provisions in PCC 13.06.590 through 13.06.610 are not exclusive remedies. The County reserves the right to take any, all, or any combination of these actions against a non-compliant user. Further, the County is empowered to take more than one enforcement action against any non-compliant user. Enforcement of pretreatment violations will generally be in accordance with the County's Enforcement Response Plan. These actions may be taken concurrently. Issuance of any enforcement action under PCC 13.06.590 through 13.06.610 shall not be a bar to, or a prerequisite for, taking any other action against the user. A user in violation of these Regulations may also be in violation of other State or federal statutes (such as the Federal Clean Water Act), and is also subject to the enforcement measures of those statutes.
