Users subject to the reporting requirements of this Chapter shall retain and make available for inspection and copying all records of information obtained pursuant to any monitoring activities required by this Chapter and any additional records of information obtained pursuant to monitoring activities undertaken by the user independent of such requirements. Records of analyses shall include the date, exact place, method, and time of sampling, and the name of the person(s) taking the samples; the dates analyses were performed; who performed the analyses; the analytical techniques or methods used; and the results of such analyses. Users must similarly maintain documentation associated with any Best Management Practices required under PCC 13.06.090 and 13.06.290. These records shall remain available for a period of at least three years, or for a longer period if specified by the County. All records which pertain to matters which are the subject of administrative adjustment or any other enforcement or litigation activities brought by the County pursuant thereto shall be retained and preserved by the user until all enforcement activities have concluded and all periods of limitation with respect to any and all appeals have expired.
