A. Hauled waste, such as septic tank waste, may be introduced into the POTW only with specific prior approval by the Manager, only at a designated receiving point, and at such times as are established by the Manager. Such wastes shall not violate this Chapter or any other federal, State or local requirements or regulations. C. Haulers must provide a waste-tracking form for every load. This form shall include, at a minimum, the name and address of the waste hauler, permit number or authorization reference, truck identification, sources of waste, and volume and characteristics of waste.

D. Fees for dumping hauled wastes may be established as part of the user fee system as authorized in PCC 13.06.200 and/or as established in the Pierce County Sewer Administrative Regulations.

E. The Manager retains the right to refuse to accept any or all hauled wastes.
