The County reserves the right to enter into special agreements with users establishing terms and conditions under which they may discharge to the POTW when such agreements are necessary to address circumstances not provided for by the Industrial Pretreatment Regulations. No special agreement may waive or reduce any County, State, or Federal pretreatment standard or requirement including the requirement for an SIU to obtain a wastewater discharge permit. Categorical users may request a net/gross adjustment or variance from Federal Categorical Pretreatment Standards as provided for in 40 CFR part 403.
