The County reserves the right to amend, at any time, these Regulations and any permits issued under these Regulations to provide for more stringent limitations or requirements on discharges to the POTW to reflect changes in State and/or Federal Regulations having precedent authority over County Regulations, or when otherwise necessary to meet the County's objectives for Industrial Pretreatment Regulation.
