Any applicant for a new franchise pursuant to this Chapter shall pay an application review and processing fee pursuant to PCC 12.32.070. This fee covers the costs incurred by the Pierce County Department of Planning and Public Works in reviewing and processing a franchise application. Permit fees, publication costs and the franchise fee are supplemental to the application review and processing fee.
