The County Engineer shall keep and review records of performance for each utility to monitor compliance with the Pierce County Code and the most recent edition of the "Manual for Accommodating Utilities in Pierce County Rights-of-Way." Based on such review, the County Engineer may take appropriate action, including revoking a UGS certification or designation if the utility no longer meets the standards specified in PCC 12.32.140.
