The edition most recently approved by the Pierce County Council of the "Manual on Accommodating Utilities in Pierce County Rights-of-Way," as published by the Pierce County Engineer, is adopted as Pierce County's policy for the construction, installation, maintenance, and operation of all utilities in Pierce County rights-of-way. All references to the "Manual on Accommodating Utilities in Pierce County Rights-of-Way" in this Chapter are to the then current Council-approved edition.
