The purpose of this Chapter is to assist Pierce County Conservation District (PCCD) "Stream Team" program efforts to improve watershed and stream conditions through providing permit processing assistance if PCCD chooses to be the applicant on pre-established projects. The intent is to facilitate the permitting process to fulfill "Stream Team" program needs.
