The County Council may by ordinance adopt additional requirements regulating the flow, direction and type of traffic permitted on County roads such as the setting of speed limits, designation of arterial highways, one-way highways, parking meter zones, parking on highways, angle parking and highway closures, pursuant to the provisions of RCW 46.90.270.
