1.28.055 Decorum in Council Meetings.

A. All members of the Council shall adhere to Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised, 12th Edition, in discussion and debate.
B. Breaches of Order by Members. Breaches of order by any member during a meeting may result in any or all of the following actions:
1. Warning by the Chair.
2. Point of Order/Call to Order.
3. Naming the offender.
4. Penalty (by affirmative vote of a majority of the remaining members).
