Members of committees appointed pursuant to the provisions of RCW 29A.32.280 to prepare arguments for and against Pierce County ballot measures shall be residents and registered voters of Pierce County for at least one year immediately prior to their appointment, shall have a demonstrated ability to communicate rapidly by email, and shall agree to work collaboratively with co-committee members.
