At least 90 days before the publication and distribution of a local voters’ pamphlet for any primary, general, or special election, the Pierce County Auditor shall notify the office of the Pierce County Council, Pierce County Executive and each City, Town, or special taxing district located wholly within Pierce County that a local voters’ pamphlet may be published in accordance with RCW 29A.32.220.
